This spectacular modern villa is ideal for a group or a large family, offering six stunning large en suite bathrooms, secured parking for 2 vehicles



BEDROOMS


The bedrooms in the house are as follows:


Bedroom 1 – one king sized bed


Bedroom 2 – one Queen sized bed


Bedroom 3 – one Queen sized bed


Bedroom 4 – one Queen sized bed


Bedroom 5 – one Queen sized bed


Bedroom 6 - one King sized bed



An additional single bed available at an additional fee of €150 per night.



The owner "Nicole" lives in the Netherlands, myself the Host in SA. We can also assist with massages at the villa, Grocery shopping service prior to your arrival for R500, Chauffeur Drive and Tours.

Guest access

Guest have access to the full house.

Other things to note

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT


We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of ZAR20 000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.



CANCELLATIONS:


There will be cancellation exemptions made due to COVID - Should you present with a positive Covid test (proof required) within 48 hours prior to your check-in date or a Lockdown status change, we will provide a credit of your booking to use within 18 months from the date of your arrival. Rates may vary subject to on seasonality (time of the year).



SMOKING


Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by guests to remove smoke odour from the property. Smoking can take place on the front deck-terrace – please ask Chancy for an ashtray.



HOUSE KEEPER:


Our main house keeper, Ms. Chancy, is totally reliable and trustworthy and has her own set of keys.


Her working hours are from 09h00 till 16h00 (Monday to Friday)


There is a separate weekend service that can be offered, should you require it. This is for your own account: Saturday and Sunday R500 per day. It should be arranged with the house manager but payment will be directly to Chancy (or her replacement should Chancy not be available), and is on a cash only basis.


Chancy is primarily employed to keep the house and surrounding areas clean, however when her duties are completed she will be happy to assist.


Please feel free to give her a tip on your departure if she has looked after you well.



LAUNDRY:


Personal laundry can be arranged with Chancy at a cost of R300 per load


External laundry can also be arranged but at your own cost. We recommend “Quick Washing” in Sea Point. They provide a pick-up and delivery service.



LINEN:


The linen in each room will be changed twice a week. Should you require a change of linen in between for any reason, please ask Chancy



The villa has stairs hence not ideal for a guest in a wheelchair.



The villa is fully secured with Alarm and electric fencing around the property, we are also contracted with a security company Bay who are based 1 min down the road.
