THE SPACE

This property is both spacious and bright, with each level enjoying spectacular ocean and mountain views from sunset to

sundown. The villa offers generous living space, with 4 separate lounge areas to ensure everyone can get some quiet time!

There is a cleverly designed, wind secluded swimming pool with a terrace for outdoor dining, a BBQ and a rooftop Jacuzzi with

its own separate deck area. The villa has a secure garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a private lift. We can

also provide a complimentary baby cot and baby gates, if required.

STAFF

We have a housekeeper who provides daily cleaning, tidying and laundry services to a high standard (Monday to Friday 9h30am

to 4pm).

The Studio is located on Level 1 and has its own kitchen, bathroom, a large living room, a double bedroom on the mezzanine

level and a private sundeck. There is plenty of room, with an extra single bed available at an additional cost of R500 per night.

The single bed can be placed in the living area.

GUEST ACCESS

You can access the house through the secure garage or through the front door. Guests have full access to the house, however,

the studio can be locked off, if required.
