About this space
Villa Adara is an exceptional modern masterpiece comprising 3 light filled levels, perfectly positioned on the slopes above Camps Bay. Each level has a terrace complete with beautiful outdoor furniture from which to enjoy spectacular ocean views from sunset to sundown. Adara’s incredible vistas can be enjoyed from every room in the house no matter where one chooses to relax.
The top floor entrance of Adara welcomes with a sophisticated cocktail lounge area and sweeping views of Camps Bay.
The space
The magnificent master suite is located to the right of the cocktail lounge and to the left is a second en suite bedroom complete with private balcony.
A floating stainless steel staircase leads down to the second level which offers an open plan living/dining area overlooked by a sleek, state of the art kitchen. The large dining table seats 8 and the living area centers around a gas fireplace with a large flat screen TV, mounted on the wall above the fireplace. The entire second level has floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, which open onto a wrap around terrace complete with outdoor dining area and gas barbeque.
A beautiful spiral staircase leads down to the third level of the home. Here there is a second master suite, 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautifully appointed lounge area, with another wall mounted TV and a laundry room complete with washing machine and dryer. Each room is impeccably furnished in keeping with the modern sophistication of Adara. Again, the lounge area and each of the 3 bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors which lead out onto the third terrace. Here, there is yet another outdoor lounge area and an infinity pool all offering spectacular views of Camps Bay and Lions Head.
Adara offers two garages, one on the top level and one on the second level of the home.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property with no shared amenities. 10 min walk from the beaches and trendy village of Camps Bay. The villa is accessible to the local bus route and we offer a shuttle service by arrangement. The villa offers secure indoor parking for 2 vehicle and safe outdoor parking is available.
Other things to note
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R25 000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.

Bedroom 1: king size bed with en-suite bathroom, towels & bathroom amenities provided
Bedroom 2: king size bed that can be separated into two single beds & an additional single bed, with en-suite bathroom, towels & bathroom amenities provided
Bedroom 3: King size bed with en-suite bathroom, towels & bathroom amenities provided
Bedroom 4: Queen size bed, no en-suite bathroom, bathroom across the hallway allocated to this bedroom, towels & bathroom amenities provided
Bedroom 5: King size bed that can be separated into two single beds with en-suite bathroom, towels & bathroom amenities provided
LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
• Linen and towels are changed every third day.

CANCELLATIONS:
There will be cancellation exemptions made due to COVID - Should you present with a positive Covid test (proof required) within 48 hours prior to your check-in date or a Lockdown status change, we will provide a credit of your booking to use within 18 months from the date of your arrival. Rates may vary subject to seasonality (time of the year).
ADDITIONAL RULES
- Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons on the reservation contract. No loud noise or parties are permitted.
- We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do so we can fix them more efficiently, limiting any costs incurred.
- Parties: Parties are strictly forbidden. Should you wish to request approval to host a lunch or dinner during your stay, we will require you to agree to our terms and conditions. No DJs allowed but any background music will need to be turned down at 10 pm.
- Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof.
SMOKING
This property is strictly NON-SMOKING, hence smoking is strictly prohibited indoor and outdoor.
